Design & Build Manager [Shropshire]
We continue to expand, notably into global markets with the right leaders and teams at the forefront and as part of that growth are currently recruiting for a new Design & Build Manager who will be responsible for the technical solutioning, fabrication approach and delivery of scenic elements within Creation projects, with a strong day-to-day presence at Creation’s Shropshire hub.
Working closely with Production Managers, Technical Design and fabrication teams, the Design & Build Manager maintains close oversight of workshop builds and ensures scenic elements are practical, buildable, cost effective and delivered to the required standard.

Production & Event Technician
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Event Production Technician to join our team, as an Event Production Technician you will be working both alone and as part of a team to help produce and execute an exciting portfolio of projects and activations with a range of industry leading clients across the Technology, Fashion and Drinks sectors.
This role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality production for a wide variety of live, virtual, and hybrid events. The ideal candidate will contribute to Creation reputation for technical ability and exceptional experiences in the live events industry. The successful candidate will also be at home in a fast paced, hands-on environment and thrive under pressure and best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively.

Project Coordinator
This is a hands-on, high-energy role at the heart of one of our exciting client accounts. You’ll work closely with a dynamic brand that values creativity, speed, and flawless execution.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll report to the Account Director and act as the linchpin between the client team and our asset management function. Your role will be essential in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of client delivery by coordinating the end-to-end asset execution of events. This includes managing logistics, scheduling transportation, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the maintenance of production assets—all in close collaboration with our production and warehouse teams.

Fabrication Operative / On-site Installer
As part of the Install and Fabrication team, you will be a key player both in the workshop and on-site. You will work closely with the workshop management team to assist with project design, build, and fabrication while also playing a pivotal role in the preparation, installation, and de-rig of events, activations, and exhibitions.
This role best suits an upbeat and self-motivated individual who enjoys working systematically and productively in a fast-paced, energised environment. Your contributions will directly impact how big brands are perceived and experienced by their audiences.

Warehouse Operative - Technical Production
As a Technical Production Warehouse Operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team to help onboard, control, maintain and report accurate stock count of all of our Technical Production and Hire Equipment.
The role requires a strong technical background, with an all-round knowledge of using audio-visual equipment. This role will be incredibly varied and best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. It is a fast paced and energised environment which relies on organisation and efficiency.
