Senior Account & Project Manager (Brand Experience)
The Senior Account & Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Director with the day-to-day running of the account as well as end-to-end delivery of projects, combining high-level account oversight with precise logistical and production management. As we expand the account there will be times the account director is unavailable or out of the country. You will act as deputy to the Account Director, taking ownership of the account during periods of absence.
This role demands both creative and strategic thinking and operational rigour to ensure projects are conceptually strong, technically feasible, commercially viable and flawlessly executed. They will act as the central point of ownership across all phases of a project - pitching, pre-production, delivery, and wrap - working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to uphold Creation’s standards.
You will act as a trusted second-in-command to the Account Director, capable of stepping in to lead the account, team, and client relationships as required, ensuring continuity, stability, and high standards of delivery at all times.

Scenic Production / Project Manager [London]
We continue to expand, notably into global markets with the right leaders and teams at the forefront and as part of that growth are currently recruiting for a new Scenic Production Manager who will be responsible for the technical solutioning, fabrication approach and delivery of scenic elements within Creation projects.
Working closely with Production Managers, Technical Design and fabrication teams, the Scenic Production Manager maintains close oversight of workshop builds and ensures scenic elements are practical, buildable, cost effective and delivered to the required standard.

Design & Build Manager [Shropshire]
We continue to expand, notably into global markets with the right leaders and teams at the forefront and as part of that growth are currently recruiting for a new Design & Build Manager who will be responsible for the technical solutioning, fabrication approach and delivery of scenic elements within Creation projects, with a strong day-to-day presence at Creation’s Shropshire hub.

Production & Event Technician
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Event Production Technician to join our team, as an Event Production Technician you will be working both alone and as part of a team to help produce and execute an exciting portfolio of projects and activations with a range of industry leading clients across the Technology, Fashion and Drinks sectors.
This role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality production for a wide variety of live, virtual, and hybrid events. The ideal candidate will contribute to Creation reputation for technical ability and exceptional experiences in the live events industry. The successful candidate will also be at home in a fast paced, hands-on environment and thrive under pressure and best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively.

Production Manager (Live Events)
We continue to expand, notably into global markets with the right leaders and teams at the forefront and as part of that growth are currently recruiting for a new Production Manager who will be responsible for the end to end delivery of live events, experiential projects and builds, from project handover through to fabrication, logistics, installation and derig.
The role sits at the centre of creative, technical, fabrication and live delivery, translating creative intent into practical, safe and commercially sound outcomes. Production Managers will be involved from the early stages of a project, contributing to feasibility, delivery approach, programme and cost, and remain accountable through delivery and close out.
